All payments are processed in $NZD (New Zealand Dollars) . We accept all major credit cards, and bitcoin!
$6 shipping. We love to keep things simple so we offer a flat rate of $6 throughout New Zealand. Your order will be sent using nzpost. All items are sent tracked and an email will be sent with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Shipping to Australia is $10, and $20 for the rest of the world.
Any offers of free shipping will only apply to shipping within New Zealand.
Most of our items are ready to ship however some may be made to order and/or customised to your particular preference. Therefore please allow up to 5-10 working days for items to be reach you. The care and attention we'll give your product will make it worth the wait, we promise! However, if you have any concerns or need something in a super hurry just contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to accommodate you if we're able. We aim to please so just ask!
If your item is being sent as a gift we'll happily gift wrap and include a message for the gift recipient upon request. Just let us know in the comments section of your order and we'll spread our fairy dust for ya.
All items are carefully packaged, art prints will be sent flat between cardboard.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for item purchased online due to change of mind, however, we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. So please get in touch if your goods arrive faulty or damaged.
In colour: Although every effort is made to photograph items accurately we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the exact color of our products. Of course we aim to be as accurate as possible!
In likeness: Unlike man-made materials that can be manufactured to consistent specifications, our wood and porcelain items are natural items and are handcrafted. This means every piece may differ slightly in grain, texture and colour, and other nuances expected when something is handcrafted.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Your items will be thoroughly checked before being sent, however, if you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
When you purchase something from our store, your name, address and email address will be collected. This is just part of the buying and selling process. However, we respect your privacy and are bound by the New Zealand Privacy Act (1993). We will never disclose your details to a third party and do not store credit card details. All information collected is used to assist you with your purchase.
